Introduction to VBScript

VBScript is based on the Visual Basic programming language, and is nearly identical to Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), which is used to create macros (prerecorded instructions) for Microsoft Word, Excel, and many other applications. VBScript is a full-fledged programming language. Even if you've never written a computer program, you can probably pick up enough VBScript to get by, just by reading and toying with working scripts that other people have written.
