Taking Files with You: Offline Folders

You may have experienced the “Offline” problem: There are important files on a network server that you need when you're away from the network. So, you need to make copies to take with you. If you later make changes to your copies, the network's copies will be out of date. But, if someone changes the originals on the network computer, your copies will be out of date. Trying to remember where the originals came from and where the most recent copies are located is a painful job. The answer to the offline problem, of course, is automation.
