Summary

If we've done all of our homework, we should be ready to deploy Windows XP Professional in the most common scenarios at this point. A quick check of my installation notes page reveals that we've visited all of the major areas that need to be addressed before starting the installation process.

If your installation is a normal one (by normal, I mean not utilizing exotic procedures such as Remote Installation or disk imaging), you should be ready to move on to the installation phase as discussed in Chapter 3. If you are planning on using Remote Installation or disk imaging, you will find a wealth of information in Chapter 5.
