Running the CD Included with This Book
This CD-ROM is optimized to run under Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP using the QuickTime Player version 6 (or greater), from Apple. The CD-ROM is not designed to run on a Mac. If you don't have the QuickTime Player installed, you must install it, either by downloading it from the Internet at http://www.quicktime.com or by running the Setup program from the CD-ROM. If you install from the Web, it's fine to use the free version of the QuickTime player. You do not need to purchase the full version.
To install QuickTime player from the CD-ROM, follow these steps:
