Chapter 10: The joys of parenting

Parenting is a team approach in our family. Even with all the plans and processes in the world, if only I follow them, the chances of implementing them successfully are very slim. A coordinated approach to interacting with the kids has meant that while our parenting skills certainly aren’t perfect, we’ve been able to achieve greater family harmony.
