I have been in this industry for more than twenty-three years, and I learn something every day. There is always a better way to accomplish a task, a better checklist to be made, a new glossary to be formed, more technology to be learned, more sophisticated software to be implemented—and there is always a benefit when I consult with a colleague. The most special reward or bonus, however, is that over the years, the numerous colleagues I have been privileged to meet and work with have become my very special friends.
