  1. What did the Vision Document accomplish?

    ____ It had just what it required to get approval to proceed.

    ____ It served as the foundation of the project specification.

    ____ It took a lot of effort, and it was pretty much abandoned after approval.

    ____ It was of no effective value.

    Note: Either of the first two outcomes is perfectly acceptable, although the second is preferred. If a lot of effort was wasted on it, then that is unacceptable.
