Part 2: Outcome

  1. How do you assess the overall outcome of the project?

    ____ Great success. The process went smoothly and truly satisfies the client need.

    ____ Fairly successful. Most project goals were achieved with only minor difficulty.

    ____ Marginally successful. It was a struggle and not all goals were accomplished fully.

    ____ Not very successful. The project encountered serious problems.

    ____ Unsuccessful. The project was dramatically modified or scrapped.

    Note: Of course, the only person whose opinion really matters on this one is the client. However, if there are differing opinions on this, it can suggest that the team is not on the same page and that there are communication problems in the organization.
