  1. When were developers brought into the project planning?

    Note: If developers were brought into the project late in the planning effort but still when needed, then you are doing a good job providing them with what they need. If they were brought in too late, then you probably did not ask them what they required from the planning process. Likewise, if they were needed early, then they probably were needed to prevent planning omissions.

  2. How many of the developers were highly productive?

    ____ None

    Note: Most projects rely on one or two super-productive developers. Get rid of the deadwood.
