Project time management is perhaps the most visible planning activity. It is where we get the most benefits from software applications and other tools.

There is a problem with the excess of focus that people and organizations usually give to deadlines, trying to manage time in a desperate way. The truth is that time is not what really needs to be managed. Time is a consequence of the work to be done, of the risks that surround the project, and of the competence and motivation of the team, among other things.
