Chapter 6. Collecting Assets in the Album

The Album is an integral component of Studio’s interface: a place for loading video, still images, and audio files—the basic assets that comprise your project—into separate, tab-selected folders before integrating them into your projects. The Album also contains transitions, titles, and menus—effects discussed in subsequent chapters.

The Album isn’t a true bin or library, like those found in many programs, that stores the imported assets in a project file. Rather, the Album simply displays the files in the currently selected directory.
