Career Development

One way of looking at OD is that it takes a “macro,” overarching approach to the growth and development of the organization. Career development, on the other hand, takes a more “micro” approach in that it looks at the development of individuals within the organization. Those two “extremes” are linked together in that they both share the objective of developing the organization: Essentially, the growth and development of individuals within the organization contributes to the overall development and advancement of the organization as a whole.
