Training Methods

HR professionals, in collaboration with the clients within the organization we serve, can choose from many training approaches (see Chapter 5, “HR Development”). Having familiarity with as many of these methods as possible will enable the HR professional to develop a training solution that is most appropriate for each unique problem, while taking into account individual, departmental, and organizational considerations.
