Change Management

Change is inevitable—for individuals, for organizations, and for society. Change is multifaceted, complex, and often unpredictable. Its fluid nature precludes the possibility of preparing for “all possible contingencies.” It impatiently demands our immediate attention and focus when it happens. Sometimes change occurs because of initiatives created within the organization, and sometimes it is foisted upon us. Change is universal and omnipresent. Change is here to stay.
