Forum Software
A frequent example in other PHP and MySQL books is an online forum where users can create threads of topics, reply to posts, and so forth. I don’t use these examples because there are very good free applications out there expressly for this purpose. The two main forum software choices are Phorum (http://phorum.org, Figure B.5) and phpBB (www.phpbb.com, Figure B.6).
