Quick Tip: Saving your own custom new document sizes

When you choose to create a new document, Photoshop provides you with a pop-up list of common document sizes in the New dialog. Of course, the size you really want, the one you use all the time, doesn't appear in that list. Why? Because that's the way life works. Adobe knew that, and that's why in Photoshop CS you can now create and save your own custom sizes (including saving your favorite color mode, resolution, and Background color). Just enter your desired new document specs in the New dialog box, then click the Save Preset button right under the Cancel button.
