Managing Versions
As we go through these adventures, we will often want to keep several versions of our images. Here are just a few ways we can keep those without too much clutter.

Virtual Copies & Snapshots
Some edits are much more than technical: they are experimental and/or aesthetic. Many of these Creative Edits (as I call them in this book) can be achieved in Lightroom and ACR. Consider some of the Develop Presets that come with Lightroom: Antique Grayscale, Sepia Tone, etc. Often, you’ll want to apply these only to copies of your images.
