Why It's Worth a Photograph
Located in the Bronx next to Fordham College, the 250-acre New York Botanical Garden is one of the most impressive in the country. The garden's curated collections are home to more than 1 million plants spread throughout a multitude of microclimates.
Where Can I Get the Best Shot?
Photographic opportunities abound in the gardens: The Haupt Conservatory offers rotating displays throughout the year. The grounds offer seasonal displays, such as Daffodil Hill and the rose garden. The natural and unlogged 50-acre native forest is bifurcated by the Bronx River. You will not be disappointed if you make the time to escape Manhattan to enjoy this garden oasis.
