Dr Janette Young currently offers consultancy, coaching and training in knowledge management, innovative leadership, virtual learning and personal development to business professionals. She has worked for many years in higher education and was a Senior Lecturer with various UK Universities including Northumbria and Anglia Ruskin. In this capacity she managed, designed and taught on postgraduate programmes, including an MSc in e-Knowledge Management.
