Optimal Energy Management: Stop and Breathe

NOW THAT YOU have reviewed your relationship with stress, you need to take charge of your responses to it. This involves developing a plan and a set of stress management skills so that you will be able to thrive under pressure. Chapters 5 through 7 present an effective process for doing just that. Its techniques reflect the principle that performing well under pressure requires optimal energy management and optimal perception.
