PHASE 4: CASCADE
Through the Cascade Phase, you strengthen links, improve visibility on business performance, and align efforts toward business goals at the front-line organizational level. In this phase, you establish work group scorecards and review your management scorecard for potential summary measures, as described in Chapter 6.
