PHASE 3: CULTIVATE
During the Cultivate Phase, you conduct systematic reviews with your Performance Scorecard to monitor and improve business performance. You gather data and determine appropriate targets. Also, you refine objectives and measures to be more relevant and results-oriented. Actions for the Cultivate Phase are described in Chapter 5.
