Knowing the Score
In this chapter, Vince, Libby, and the rest of the team reflect on their progress and results. They realize the personal, professional, and organizational gains they've made and begin planning for scorecard and performance improvements in next year's business cycle. They review lessons learned and strategies for others to consider as they develop scorecards.
