EIGHT-STEP MODEL OF ELEMENTS AND STANDARDS OF A PERFORMANCE PLAN

So far we have reviewed performance plans, focussing only on activities. Here we will focus on performance plans that establish elements and standards duly addressing the accomplishments which lead to the achievement of organizational goals. This eight-step model is based on organizational practices, and for each successive step, the inputs come from the previous step.
