MEASURING TEAM PERFORMANCE

It is important to systematically measure a team's performance through an objective review process to understand the degree of effectiveness of teamwork. While it is important to measure the short-term outputs, it is equally important to measure the long-term perspectives in terms of assessing the degree of creativity of team members, ability to effectively promote the team for long-term sustainability, etc. Such measurement need not always be objective.
