INTRODUCTION

Organizational performance depends on factors like strategy, structure, technology, type of people employed, and management style. Among all these, however, people factor or the behaviour of individual employees is most crucial. It is the people who make their contribution to achieve the expected level of performance at the individual, group and at the organizational level.
