STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE

Performance standards are written statements to describe the job well. It is a benchmark for evaluation of work, as it defines the process of meeting or exceeding performance expectations. Performance standards are developed in collaboration with the employees. To new employees, performance standards are adequately explained to guide them the way they need to perform the job.
