HISTORY OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT FUNCTION

Human resource management as a profession gained acceptance with the incresed spate of globalization and rising complexities of business. Before we understand the subject of performance management, it is important to understand the context with the incidence of human resource management functions.
