MNCs face considerable challenges in doing business. This includes but is not limited to challenges associated with introducing products or services across multiple cultural contexts, complying with different national legal requirements and systems, facing global competitors with access to cheaper manpower or raw materials, and competing globally for talent. There are also challenges related to human resource management practices in MNCs that can impede company success.
