Assessment Point 4: Evaluation at Individual and Department Levels

The purpose of Assessment Point 4 is to conduct individual reviews that serve as formal performance reviews and evaluate departmental performance. These reviews will be used for administrative purposes, such as for promotions and merit raises.
Individual performance reviews will be conducted once a year. Palisades Inc. will conduct individual and departmental evaluations in December 2010.
