Developing a Formal Feedback System

Performance feedback systems can provide employers and employees with documented information about performance in a variety of formats. There are any number of ways to design such a system. The most common performance feedback system is the traditional performance evaluation, which typically consists of formal written feedback presented annually to employees by their supervisor.
