Performance Evaluation: Proven Approaches for Improving Program and Organizational Performance

General Requirements

1. The contractor shall confirm work assignments by telephone with the evaluation project manager. A brief outline of work approach shall be reflected in the technical proposal.
2. All written deliverables shall be phrased in acceptable terminology of the field. Words shall be defined in layperson language. Statistical and other technical terminology shall be defined in a glossary of terms and referenced for validity and usefulness.
3. Unless otherwise specified, where a written deliverable is required in draft form, the school district office will complete its review of the draft deliverable within 10 calendar days from date of receipt.
