RECOMMENDATIONS

While open communication about the process and the discoveries is desirable, the evaluator should avoid making premature, unsubstantiated judgments about what these discoveries mean or how to fix apparent problems. Recommendations are precisely about how to get to the ends you want and require. You can certainly offer a preliminary set of recommendations based on your expertise, research, and experience; however, recommendations are a perfectly appropriate topic to develop in conjunction with stakeholders.
