A Glance at Evaluation Findings

In a nutshell, the 2,546 client cases tracked yielded the following information:

  • Societal: Clients' self-sufficiency, inferred by those earning at or above the state average for that year: 106 individuals out of the 2,546 were found to be earning at or above the state average; 2,400 of the clients did not attain this level of outcome.
  • Organizational: Employment, inferred by reported wages at any level: 1,031 individuals out of the 2,546 included in the study reported wages
  • Internal: Attainment of IPE objectives, inferred through successful closure of case: 1,565 successfully closed cases
