Indicators

With the key organizational results defined, the next task was to identify indicators that could be used to measure these results. To get an accurate representation of each result, a content review of various national and state quality reports, DBS and Vocational Rehabilitation internal reports and documents, the procedures manual, policies, and regulations was conducted, in addition to focused discussions with stakeholders. The result was the following measurement framework, which consists of a list of measurable indicators, categorized by their associated results:
