COMMUNICATING THE FINDINGS

This chapter addresses the recommendations that flow from the evaluation data and interpretations, providing advice on how to define and describe these recommendations, as well as how to present them to stakeholders. It discusses how to write an evaluation report, addresses how to present both final and various forms of interim reports to stakeholders, and finally examines possible roles for an evaluator after the evaluation is “finished” and the final report is delivered.
