PHILLIPS'S RETURN-ON-INVESTMENT METHODOLOGY

This review of Phillips's return-on-investment (ROI) approach explains the fifth level, which Phillips added to Kirkpatrick's model, and identifies some of the strengths and weaknesses of the ROI approach. The chapter then examines criticisms of the model and variations designed to meet those criticisms, and it reviews and examines a sample application of the model.
