Deliverables Needed for Project Management Success

Performance-Based Project Management produces tangible documents that are evidence that the method has been used. These documents are in addition to the contracts and other program documents normally found in a large, complex systems development effort. The documents and evidence they represent are materials produced during the project that demonstrate the increasing maturity of the products or services. Although these alone are not measures of progress, they are the supporting materials for these measures.
