The Five Immutable Practices of Project Success

With the Five Immutable Principles in place, let’s put them to work by implementing the Five Immutable Practices. Each of the Five Practices, like the Five Principles, is needed for project success. There are no shortcuts to success, so no skipping any practice.

The foundation of the Performance-Based Project Management method is the integration of the Five Practices with the Five Principles. These activities must be performed by project managers and participants to increase the probability of project success.
