It’s widely said that the only constant is change. Things are always changing, and frequently we have to cope with unexpected changes that are thrust upon us and are beyond our control. Every day, our choices lead to changes, big and small. Organizations sometimes seek and choose a change and create a focused initiative to make it happen. Big changes can be quite unsettling for employees, especially if they do not see the point of creating the change. As a manager, you are in a unique position to help employees prepare for the change, weather it, and succeed.
