Projects rely on communication to deliver success, both within the project team itself and with people outside the project. Some people who work in project management have attributed between 50 percent and 75 percent of their project problems to communication. Sometimes the problem is simply that the message was not well communicated. But sometimes people take things out of context, or hear and remember only the parts of the communication that they expected to hear, forgetting the rest.
