Thank you” is one of the most uplifting concepts and phrases. So many customers—and employees—believe that “the company” takes them for granted. Showing appreciation builds goodwill, motivates, inspires, and lets people know that you know your business couldn’t have gotten where it has without the input, support, and dedication of a few or many people.
