iScript-based Controllers
In this chapter, you will learn how to use iScripts to connect an HTML5 user experience to PeopleSoft. Specifically, we will create iScripts that serve content and data to the HTML5 views we created in Chapters 5 and 6.
What is an iScript?
I describe iScripts in great detail in Chapter 5 of my book PeopleSoft PeopleTools Tips & Techniques. In fact, iScripts are the backbone of the entire user experience section of that book.
