IN THIS CHAPTER, we discuss the two less assertive pathways to success—the approaches taken by Amiables and Analyticals.
THE AMIABLE STYLE
The Amiable style is located in the lower-left quadrant of the people styles grid (see Figure 7-1). The Amiable gets things done in a manner that’s less assertive than average, combined with more-than-average responsiveness.
