Project management mentoring is not your stereotypical organizational mentor/mentee relationship. Mentors are seasoned project management professionals assigned to project teams in order to coach the project leader and the project team.

Project mentors had the opportunity to work with the corporate information services (CIS) department at Reynolds Metals Company (RMC) in Richmond, Virginia, to establish and roll out an internal mentorship program.
