Senior Management’s Interest

Unfortunately, project recovery often receives high-level attention at the eleventh hour when the situation is desperate. It is an intense time. The customer is often ready to terminate the project, and senior management is busy trying to rebuild relationships that were neglected. Senior management has little patience and tolerance, and it wants immediate results.
