Did you ever notice that it is always the proverbial “straw that breaks the camel’s back”? Usually this occurs after a string of seemingly small and insignificant events. Chronic tardiness, not returning phone calls, missed commitments, unkept promises, and just general unreliability could individually be insignificant. However, over time, taken as a whole they can bring the walls of professional and personal credibility tumbling down. And once the fortress of credibility has fallen, it is a long and arduous task to build it up again—brick by brick by brick.
