Get Unstuck
Sometimes people just get stuck. Have the team help them through this by having brainstorming sessions. Bring in a consultant or an expert. Have the person write down all of the issues and possible solutions, then all of the pro-and-con points. You may need to give that task to someone else, but be sure to have a new task for the “stuckee.”
