Seeking Client Feedback

The successful project manager continually communicates with the client to ensure that needs and expectations are being met. The purpose is to solicit feedback on status and required changes and to help mold client expectations. Early feedback can enable modifications that will have little impact on schedule and budget. Failure to communicate and ask for feedback is too often at the root of project failure.
