Communication with the project team by the project manager is vital. In order to become a team, its members must be informed. They must be able to respond to scope changes, cope with schedule acceleration, and meet other internal needs. Without effective communication, the project team cannot hope to achieve a project’s objectives. The project manager must also recognize and reward team members who help achieve the project objectives.
